My current addiction - WASHI TAPES !

11:18 PM

But what is  a WASHI TAPE?

If you are not into crafts and scrapbooking, you are probably not familiar of this… So to put it simply, washi tape is a high quality masking tape made of a rice paper or it is typically made from natural fibers, such as bamboo or hemp, but most commonly from the bark of trees that are native to Japan — the mulberry, the mitsumata shrub or the gampi tree. Goodness, I can picture myself travelling to Japan and coming home with a luggage full of Washi tapes, and I wouldn't mind paying for an excess luggage this time! *grins*

Washi tape is a material which is very pretty yet extremely easy to use at the same time. You can tear it, stick it, reposition it, write on it, and much more! And what is more addicting is that it comes in gorgeous prints, patterns, color schemes, yes a wide range of designs

I love wrapping gift in all its forms, but washi tape is fun and creative way to wrap presents for any occasion, like  Christmas... And it makes your gifts even more personalized and special!

PS : If you want to give a gift, always wrap it. Remember that the pleasure of receiving a gift is the anticipation of what it is that might be that is hidden beneath the wrapping! :)

Expect more Washi tape posts soon! Hihi! Merry Christmas everyone!
